cast it into the fiery furnace. 

And how could it be any other way? The kingdom will be filled, is-filled, here on earth, by those who love the kingdom, that love the Lord and the rule of the Lord. That love the way of the Lord. And that is not one in 10 million. By whatever Creed or none.
